The client suffered an aggravation of pre-existing neck injury in a rear-end collision on Georgia 400. Result obtained for our client who was a passenger in a vehicle driven by a friend who had been drinking heavily at a restaurant. Friend lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a tree at a high rate of speed severely injuring our client. We obtained this result against the establishment over serving the driver.
